    Hi,

    I would wish to have a top header menu just above the website’s main menu. It should look and function like this one – https://www.zoho.com/invoice/ or see the attached screenshot.

    Kindly advise on how I can about doing this. Thank you.

    I'm sorry but this option is not available for the moment, maybe a plugin that can do this job can help you.
