This message is for Arlind the theme developer. As I wrote two weeks ago and Yili told me that I have to wait until Arlind come back.
After the last update the whole shop messed up the grid when using endless scroll and pagination. Also I can´t quit the categories thumbnails from the top of the shop.
Please I need urgent help as my shop has been destroyed for 2 weeks. As I paid for support and I have to wait for 2 weeks I hope I can get a compensation support increasing it 2 weeks.

Sorry for waiting. Yes of course you will get support for the given period you did not received support.
To fix your issue, download this file and replace it in this directory (of the theme): /inc

You can disable the categories from showing in the WooCommerce settings, see image below:
