I had this website on one server, and then I ended up transferring it to a new domain on a new server, and for some reason the Google Map on my Contact Us page no longer works. It shows an error message. Here is a link to the page:
Hi -- I am just following up to make sure I have posted this ticket in the right location -- I used to post them on a different website, but I think I was told that this is the new website for website tickets. Please let me know. Thanks.
This is our support system so you're in the right direction, regarding the Maps you will need to create a Google Maps API key as Google has changed the way of implementing maps, after generating the Google Maps API key you can go in the admin dashboard and enter that key in Laborator > Theme Options > Other Settings > Google Maps API Key
Thank you for the reply. I don't see the Google Maps API key option under Laborator > Theme Options > Other Settings > Google Maps API Key. Please advise.
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.
I updated the theme. I then went and created a Google API roadmaps key (browser version), and I have input that key in the required place in the admin section, yet it is still not working. Please advise. Thanks.
Please make sure you have created the correct API key, because I set my own Google Map API key and it turned to work. Check your contact page, and also in theme options its our Gmaps API key, so create another key for maps.

I'm assuming I must need to update my API Key? If so, I don't know where to make this change. Please let me know what I must do to fix this issue.
Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,
That's really strange, as it worked for all our users without any problem.
Can you please post your login credentials in a private reply so we can get access and see what the issue is.
Best regards,
Laborator Team
I attempted to send a private comment earlier -- I think I did it correctly, but if not, please let me know, and I can resend the information. Thanks.
