    Please view the video banner on the url attached. There banner turns black for 2-3 seconds before the video plays. Can you please assist with removing the black screen. While it;s loading I'd prefer the still image as seen prior to the video loop startging.

    Hi James,

    Have you checked if this is happening also with a YouTube video or a HTML video or you didn't test it? I think it is a Rev. Slider issue cause this doesn't occur in our demos.
