I've logged to your admin panel and tried to set the font, but the error when saving theme options the error was related to memory limit or other php error.
I checked your memory limit and it has 256M value so its ok.
The next thing is to enable WP_DEBUG and analyze the error.
To turn on WP Debug Mode, follow these steps:
1. Open wp-config.php
2. Find WP_DEBUG constant (written as define('WP_DEBUG', false);)
3. Set value to *true* (define('WP_DEBUG', true);) and save file.
4. Go to the same page, refresh it and you will see a PHP warning or fatal error being display. Copy the error or better send me the screenshot so I will be able to understand what kind of issue is that and will give you proper fix to it.
If that didn't worked I am going to need to login to your FTP and check the error log for the issues caused when trying to save theme options with typography option On.
Can you please share your FTP credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

I've managed to fix this issue, it was happening because of some file names that start with capital letter, so in your server they were saved with small leters and after changing that, it worked.

I wrote same question before but I faced same trouble...
I have checked PHP configuration limits.
I use WP 4.5.3 and. I want to change font. I went to “Typography” – “Use custom font” – “Yes”.
I changed the font type and I saved with “save all change” button. And loading... Couldn't update. "Options update” does not appear.
How can I solve this?
