    Hello, i purchase the kalium theme. When this last is installed, i create a contact form, in the options of the contact form in a new page i put my email. But when i try to send an email from the contact form on my web site, i don't receive email in my gmail box.

    Can you help me please? I don't understand why i don't receive the email.

    Are there others parameters?

    Hi Dérek,

    The problem is with your mail server (SMTP) which is not sending or receiving e-mails, this can be fixed by using WP Mail SMTP plugin in your WordPress and configure your mail server. Note: 

    • This is not a theme problem, but this is a server related problem, for more informations you should contact your hosting provider.
    • If you are in localhost emails do not deliver.
