1—  That font is not in Bold, if you add this code on your Custom CSS area the fonts will be bold:

and you can see how they look if they are bold.

I think that i know what is the problem of your bold fonts, your computer is showing bold fonts because you have a lot of fonts installed on your PC and one of them create this problem.

Please open your website on another device and see if your fonts are appearing as it should. Maybe this is not your problem, but please give it a try.

Hmm i don't see any real problem there. This is how those images are cropped, you can change those images or place your own, just need to change the URL-s with the url-s of your logos.
