Hi,
I installed the Oxygen theme and I found several text on English (At the first moment I will have the site on Spanish, and in a few weeks I will translate it to English with WPML).
I tried to find with Loco translate some sentence on English to translate but I can`t I find it.
For example in the product page:
And some more...
Thanks for your help,
Javier
Hi Javier,
WooCommerce will translate itself automatically based on the language that you choose on the Wordpress settings.
Then to translate or rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don't have it, please install and activate the plugin in your WordPress site.
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder or global directory of theme translations: wp-content/languages/themes/ (based on your choice). If you have saved your translations inside theme folder, always save a backup of *languages/* folder (inside the theme) when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced with an empty folder), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.
Hi Ylli,
Thanks for your answer but It doesn't work.
As I told you in the question I have installed Loco Translate, but I can's find the words that I need to translate in the Spanish .po archive.
You can see in this link:
http://fundaciondelchile.com/tienda-2/chiles-frescos/jalape/
I want to translate all the words on English (products, search,...) and these words don't appear in the .po archive that I told you in my previous email.
Hi Javier,
Can you please send us your WordPress username and password? We need to investigate your site and then get back to you if we have possible solution.

Hi Javier,
I'm really sorry but i can't still manage to open your wp-admin page, you can see this on the video that i recorded for you http://drops.laborator.co/11aD8
P.S: We have released Oxygen 4.0 yesterday, please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
Hi Ylli,
The url for the admin is:
http://fundaciondelchile.com/wp-admin/
Maybe this is the problem.
Thanks for your help and suport,
Javier
Hi Javier,
I'm really sorry but the same problem is happening again :(
Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved. Or please contact your hosting provider, maybe they know why this issue is happening.
Hi Javier,
I'm sorry but I can't do that, maybe your hosting provider can enable that for all countries and we will proceed with your ticket.
Hi Ylli,
The hosting provider is asking me about your country, the country of your internet provider or basically the country of your IP
Thanks
Javier
Hi Ylli,
I'm sorry, but you can check it on webempresa.com
I attached one screenshot, and this is the translation of the text:
I'm asking to my provider to open your access. I will writte you when I have answer from them.
Best,
Javier
Hi Ylli,
Please, could you try now?
The hosting administrator told me that It have to work now.
Thanks,
Javier
Hi Javier,
Great, i can finally enter on your admin area :)
I just made a video for you to understand this procedure http://drops.laborator.co/15Jxs
P.S: WooCommerce offer a nice thing (maybe you didn't knew that) that if you change your language of WordPress to Spanish for example, it will translate your WooCommerce strings to Spanish automatically.
You can learn more on this link :)
Hi Ylli,
Good! You can access to the admin finally!
I check the solution that you sent me - I tried before also- and It not working.
Please, check that I change some strings: like "Related products", "Product Categories", "Related Products"...
Also, as you can see in loco translate, the woocommerce is 100% translated to Spanish.
Thanks so much,
Javier
Hi Javier,
I've been checking your language files, firstly saved a backup of them here:
http://drops.laborator.co/15oQj
Then Synchronized to their latest version and so the list of language translations changed, I don't know why the text you have translated is completely different from the theme.
After that, theme translations were possible again, so I have managed to translate "Related Products" to "Productos Relacionados". You can continue translating oxygen theme files now and they will appear in the site.
Thanks Arlind,
It works! Thanks for you help!
It's done.
Best,
Javier
I am happy to hear that Javier!
If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us five star rating on themeforest from your Downloads tab, (if you don't know how, just open this link).
A huge thank you from Laborator in advance!
Have a great day
