I am not able to change the portfolio thumbnail size, despite following all of the other threads on this matter in the support forums.
655x368 seems to be fixed for me. I can change the px within the portfolio settings, regenerate thumbnails, and nothing happens.
As a separate issue, I would like to have a portfolio-like page separate from the main portfolio page with different sized thumbnails but the option to set the thumbnail size isn't available under the Visual Composer settings for the portfolio element. Right now this is a moot point, though, as I can't change the thumbnail size for the main portfolio page.
My site is under construction and currently not visible to the public. If there is some underlying and obvious issue that's easy to resolve then great. Otherwise, please reach out to me and I can make arrangements otherwise.
I do see that the 655px width is established by the portfolio-img-1, portfolio-img-2, and portfolio-img-3, kalium thumbnail sizes, none of which seem to be impacted by the thumbnail size option under portfolio settings.
In absence of dynamic height the loop uses portfolio-img-1.
So, I can change these thumbnail sizes using the Simple Image Sizes plugin, recommended by your developers previously. Upon regenerating the thumbnails, everything works as expected and I am now able to have two different type of portfolio pages using dynamic height (or not).
Having said all of this, changing the thumbnail size under portfolio settings doesn't work, for me at least.

Ok, this was easy enough to find in the portfolio-loop
// Dynamic Image Height
$portfolio_image_size = 'portfolio-img-3';

Hi Shane,
This question is related to theme developer and I am unable to give you any solution about this because I am not backend developer.
Our theme developer Arlind can help you with this, but he is not in the office until 18 July.
When Arlind come back, just reply to this thread and you will make sure he will see your comment.
Hope for your understanding :)
