The Envato toolkit plugin is missing from my Aurum download. Where can I find it? I was told it was supposed to be in the download package. I'm trying to update the theme and it is not showing up in my wordpress left hand menu. I searched the internet for it to try to download but I'm not finding it. Thanks. Paul
Which version of the theme are you using? The plugin should be located in Appearance > Install Plugins where you will have to install it in the site.
Can you give us your login credentials, site URL and generate an API key in ThemeForest, you can do them privately by switching the toggle of Private Reply.
I have now upgraded to Aurum 2.9.3 I still do not have the Envato toolkit plug in the left hand menu of my dashboard and it is not contained in available plug ins.
In the Aurum upgrade process as Laborator describes it I should have accessed the Envato toolkit plug in. Is it possible that its not really part of the package you offered and instead I jsut use the Envato Market selection on the left side of the dashboard? I was able to finally upgrade my copy of Aurum my accessing the Envato Market menu selection on the left side of my dashboard.
I have run into another issue after the Aurum update. The LayerSlider will not update. I am given the option below and I try to update it but it then tells me I have the latest update but in reality I do not. The version I currently have is 5.6.7 and there is the 5.6.9 update.
I was just able to get the LayerSlider to update. I had to deactivate it first and the the update worked. If you can address the first part of my question it would be appreciated. Thanks.
We have used Envato Toolkit plugin before, but now Envato has deprecated this plugin and has released Envato Toolkit plugin, so when you need to update your theme you can do it from the Envato Market plugin :)
