I have installed the plugin YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier. it works fine when I switch to Twenty Sixteen theme, but when I switch back to Kalium the plugin doesn't work no more. If you go to the above url, you will a product with no image gallery, but it should have one. The zoom function works, but it removes the gallery.

    Hi Jakob,

Regarding this plugin we have never tested it in our theme so it is not officially supported and we cannot help you in it unless we support a plugin which is compatible with the theme.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi Art

    Thank you for your reply.

Do you have any suggestions for a plugin, that I could use instead of. I would really like to have the option of zoom in my shop.

    Hi Jakob,

I don't know what I could suggest you as a magnifier, we will soon support  this plugin as it is a popular one and we need to implement it functionality in our theme so until then I don't know any other plugin that would do the job.

    Best regards,

    Hi Celia,

Please kindly open a new ticket when you have a question rather than replying to a closed ticket, this plugin is still not supported by Kalium as WooCommerce is planning to release their own magnifier which will be included by default, so we're waiting for that feature.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
