I want to install a slider revolution template (it's a free template). The slider revolution plugin has been activated. But when I clicked "install", it said that my purchase code wasn't valid.
Ok. Now the free template can be manually downloaded and installed. How about the premium templates? In the theme documentation, it says I don't have to buy the plugins since they are bundled with the theme. Does it mean that full functions of those plugins are available to me? If so, I should be able to download the premium templates. However, I can't since there is no way to download it unless I download it in my website back end via the plugin page or in the "download" page of Evantomarket. Through the plugin page, it says my purchase code isn't valid. Through the Evantomarket download page, it isn't listed in the download page. So if I can download the premium templates how can I download them?

You can download sliders from Revolution Slider site, and then import the slider manually on the Revolution Slider options.
