I have installed your latest version of the theme, and the mobile version of the home page, does not work the menu button regardless of using the sticky menu or not. You can take a look at my web right now.
All folders are 777 and files are 775. I highly doubt is a permissions problem, as explained before, it JUST happens on the home page of the english version. Any other page of the english version works fine, even the home page of french or spanish works fine... this happened while ago on and one of your collegues resolved the issue by adding the css mentioned bellow, but that css does not work anymore.
Hey!
I have installed your latest version of the theme, and the mobile version of the home page, does not work the menu button regardless of using the sticky menu or not. You can take a look at my web right now.
I have tried adding:
@media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
header.mobile-menu .mobile-logo .mobile-toggles .toggle-menu {
display: block !important;
}
}
Just like you pointed out last time (you said you will include this on your next release...) but still does not work.
Done, same credentials as last time, bear in mind, the menu does not work JUST on the primary language (English)
Hi Andres,
I think that this is happening because some of your files are not readable, because you have 4 errors on your console.
(view large version)
anyway for this message you should contact you hosting provider, because they need to give 777 permissions on the theme folders.
Those files does not even exist on that route.. But.. how is it that in other languages and other pages than the Home English page it does work...
I have just check your last update, and those files arent on that folder either
Are you guys looking into this??
