On the Portfolio page, is it somehow possible to remove the word “Archive” from the browser title bar?
In an earlier comment on themeforest.net you posted a code for functions.php that makes it possible to change the term “Portfolio” into something else, but I would like to additionally remove the word “Archive” so that the browser title bar in my case only shows the term “Work” on the portfolio page.
Sorry for my late reply, but I have been really busy lately. In the meantime, I was able to resolve this problem by myself. I had installed the "Yoast-SEO-Plugin" which took control over the meta titles. Within the plugin settings I adjusted the meta title for the portfolio category to say just "Work". Now everything is displaying the way it should be.

Hi Andreas,
Don't worry about that, I'm glad to hear that you have solved the problem now :)
Yep Yoast SEO is a great plugin when someone want to extend SEO features on their theme.
