I have a problem with installing the template. I have seen the installation video on youtube. But this still does not work. It always comes with a an error. Not once but all the time. This happens when i want to install 'Demo Content Installer'.

    Hi there,

Can you please check if your server meets the recommended PHP configuration limits as follows:

    • memory_limit 128M
    • post_max_size 64M
    • upload_max_filesize 64M
    • max_input_time 60

For more info visit this link Recommended PHP Configuration Limits.

If you need more info, please don't hesitate to reply here :

    Hi Yill,

    • max_execution_time = 1800
    • memory_limit 1024M
    • post_max_size 512M
    • upload_max_filesize 512M
    • max_input_time 900

Right now i can install the template without the Error. BUT:

When i install the Fashion template it really does not look like your http://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/ template.

Can you please login in our WP-Admin panel to see why it does not work?

    Hi there,

Please upload Aurum 2.9.3 on your Themes section first, because i can't see Aurum there for the moment.

    Hi there,

I'm sorry but i tested that with the plugin that we have recommend Host PHP Info.

Anyway please contact your hosting provided and tell them to increase your PHP limits to minimum as i send them to you.

    Hi there,

You don't need to do anything, they can increase those limits for you, but they are usually lazy, so please write them and tell them to increase those limits for you.

Hope that they will solve this problem for you this time.

    Hi there,

When you change your Wordpress language WooCommerce plugin translates itself to your language too.

Then to translate or rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don't have it, please install and activate the plugin in your WordPress site.

    1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
    2. Click "New Language" for the current active theme (if you didn't created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – Screenshot
    3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue with your translations make sure the current language of your site is selected – Screenshot
    4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – Screenshot
    5. The changes will be applied immediately – Screenshot

Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder or global directory of theme translations: wp-content/languages/themes/ (based on your choice). If you have saved your translations inside theme folder, always save a backup of *languages/* folder (inside the theme) when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced with an empty folder), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.
