I updated the Kalium theme on the weekend and two problems came out:
1.
In order to change the order of the Portfolio items on the front page, I have installed (as you suggested) the plugin Post Type Order which worked perfectly. But since the last update of the Kalium, I cannot change the order in which the portfolio items appear anymore. I have the latest Version of the post type order plugin.
2. I have used the Loco Translate plugin to change texts as recommended by you.
Since the last update, I cannot change the first portfolio category title “All” through Loco Translate anymore. The other terms I can still change. Do you know a solution for this?
If not, do you know in which file I can find the “All”?
1— You can change the ordering of Portfolio Items easily by using the Post Types Order plugin, install and activate it, manage the ordering easily by dragging the titles of the items and don’t forget to Save all changes.
Please don't forget to go to Settings > Post Types Order > and activate Auto Sort option

Concerning the second problem, I still have the same issue: I made the translation and checked that the site language is the right one (German). Attached, I am sending you the screen shots.
This has worked before, since the last update it does not.
One thing, I remarked is that in Loco Translate besides the All there is my translation in paranthesis "[ home ]. (See Screenshot) This was not like this before.
You are using an old version of our theme (1.9.1) and the latest version for the moment is (1.9.2), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.

Also if you want those changes to take effect on portfolios that you have called with Visual Composer then you need to do this:

2— Then to translate "All" in category filter follow the steps demonstrated here in this video tutorial
Note that in order the translation to take effect you must set the current of your site as translate language.
