If you want to change these you need to use a string translation plugin and the one we recommend is the Loco Translate plugin, it will scan all the words and then you can change these words.
Changing the code is not recommended as you will loose the customizations on your next update, so what is your problem with the Loco Translate? Is there any error showing or it is just not applying the changes?
I managed to translate it via Loco Translate, found the words in WooCommerce domain and translated them, then clicked on Sync so the settings got applied.

I would like to change the wording 'Related Product' to "You may also like' and 'You may also like' to 'Related Product'.

Is there anyway, I can change the coding? Because I tried Loco translate for another word and it is not working.
