If you cannot update it via Envato Toolkit then try with the Envato Market as they are not developing the Toolkit anymore.
But please be careful and do not update the WooCommerce plugin to the latest version as it is not compatible with Oxygen yet, we are working on this so it will be available soon.

I am unable to update Oxygen theme (with woocommerce) from 3.9.1 to 3.9.6.
Error is:
Downloading upgrade package from the Envato API…
Unpacking the update…
Could not create directory.
I am using Envato toolkit, should I be using Envato market plugin?
