    Hi Jesse,

    It seems that theme styled woocommerce files are not being applied on your end.

    So do fix this you must install the latest version available of the theme and it will fix this issue.

    Thank you. Just to clarify, do I need to install the latest version of woocommerce or the latest version of the wordpress theme I am using?

    Where do I go to reinstall the latest verison of the Aurum theme?

    Hi Jesse,

    In order to reinstall the theme follow these steps:

    Use this method if you still have access to your admin and you just need a fresh reinstall

    1. Download a fresh copy of the theme from ThemeForest
    2. In the WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Themes and activate TwentyFifteen
    3. Click on Aurum theme’s thumbnail and click the Delete link in the lower-right. Confirm delete.
    4. Click on Add New, then Upload Theme and proceed to install the new zip and Activate it
