is it possible to change the language in the shop to german? I dont want to use several languages, and for only one language the wpml plugin is too expensive. I only have to change some few words.
If you change the language on Wordpress, it will automatically change to that language on WooCommerce too.
Then if you still need to translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don't have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.

After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.
Please backup your translated .po and .mo files (not kalium.pot).
