When we try to update the theme, we receive the following message:
"This domain is not permitted to download the update because it is already activated on another domain."The problem is that, to the best of our knowledge, this license has never been used on any other website or domain. It was purchased specifically for moodforwood.com and we are not trying to use it for another project or install it on multiple websites.

I checked and it looks like your license isn't showing as activated on any domain at all. To get the update working, you'll need to go to Laborator > Register. Once it's registered, the update should become available.

I believe the instructions you provided refer to a newer version of Kalium. My installation is running Kalium 2.5.2 (activated in April 2018), and this version does not display the "X" button you mentioned. I have attached/shared a screenshot of the registration page.
