Hi,
This is not a known issue on our side, and the “invalid JSON” error is usually related to the server configuration rather than the license itself.
Since you’re experiencing the same issue even with a new license, please share your WordPress admin login credentials (and FTP access if possible), so we can check the installation directly and see what’s causing it.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Laborator Team
Hi there,
The login credentials are not working, tried them 3 times and no luck.

Hi,
We’ve temporarily activated the theme using our own account so you can proceed for now.
Here’s a short video showing this:
https://d.pr/v/B0zdnS
The “invalid JSON” error is caused by regional access restrictions we’ve implemented due to high bot activity. To properly register the license under your own account, you may need to use a VPN when activating it.
Once activated from your side, everything should work normally, including updates.
Let us know if you need any help with that.
Best regards,
Laborator Team
Hi,
1. Yes, this issue was not related to your previous license expiring.
2. You can continue using your previous license, as long as it is activated on only one domain.
3. Yes, you can request a refund for the new license if you have not used or activated it.
Please note that one license is valid for one website only. If you plan to use Kalium on another domain at the same time, you will need a separate license for that site.
Let us know how you’d like to proceed.
Best regards,
Laborator Team
