    Hi Daniel,

    We want to clarify how WooCommerce compatibility works with our theme, as there seems to be a common misunderstanding.Every time WooCommerce releases an update, we test our theme against that version. This includes checking all WooCommerce template overrides used by the theme for compatibility, specifically whether any templates are marked as outdated by WooCommerce itself.A theme update is released only when it is actually required. That means one or more of the following must occur:
    • WooCommerce marks one or more overridden templates as outdated.
    • A breaking change in WooCommerce affects the theme’s functionality or layout.
    • A necessary fix or adjustment is required to maintain full compatibility.
    If WooCommerce does not report any outdated templates, then the theme is already fully compatible with that WooCommerce version. In that case, releasing a “compatibility update” would be pointless, as there is nothing to update.For example, with WooCommerce 10.4.2, WooCommerce explicitly reports that all overridden templates in our theme are up to date, which confirms full compatibility. This is exactly how WooCommerce intends theme compatibility to be verified.

    In short:
    • WooCommerce update does not automatically mean a theme update is required.
    • Compatibility is determined by WooCommerce itself, not by version numbers.
    • If templates are not outdated and no issues exist, the theme is already compatible.
    • We release updates only when there is a real technical reason to do so.
    This approach follows WooCommerce best practices and avoids unnecessary updates that provide no actual benefit.We hope this clears things up permanently. If WooCommerce ever flags outdated templates or a real compatibility issue appears, we will address it immediately and release an update accordingly.
