Hello, when i try to modify the pages of my website using wpbakery I just see a greyd page with wpbakery logo.. but it doesn't open the editor!

Hi there,
I checked this in our demo sites and we do not have such an issue, have you tried disabling all 3rd party plugins or any custom JS because I see you also have renamed the theme as well.
