    Dear Laborator Support,

    I recently purchased Kalium 3 from Envato and licensed / registered it on my Wordpress based website but the premium plugins refuse to be installed, they always give me an error message.


    Could you please help me out?

    Hi Zoltán,

    We just tested it and they're working properly, can you please check under Laborator > Status and see if the API is connected and if you have any warning there?

    Hi there,

    Have you tried it again and did the issue occur again? Could you please share your website login credentials so I can test this. To safely include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how), or you can create a temporary login without a password (see how).

    Dear Support Team!


    These issues have luckily resolved. However, I'd like to ask for some additional guidance.

    Is there any way to make these portfolio filter elements (and the individual titles of all portfolio type posts) centered?
    The main menu / category filters on the homepage would be more important as my logo is centered above it.

    Yes that's possible but with some custom code, can you please provide the URL of your site so I can give you the CSS and guide you where to put it.

    Hi there,

    I'll create a temporary login for you once I get back to my computer, thanks.

    Also, somehow my self-hosted videos won't show up in a portfolio page, nothing appears, Vimeo / YouTube works just fine. Do you have any workaround in mind for this? An HTML5 plugin I tried using messes up the whole grid unfortunately.
