    Hello,

    I have transferred my license from Kalium 3 to Kalieum 4. If I install Kalium 4, will my adjustments be retained?

    Can I still access the previous tickets? I always read them when I have forgotten how to make the adjustments...

    Hi Jens,

    We’ve built a transitioning mechanism that should automatically handle the switch from Kalium 3 to Kalium 4, retaining your adjustments. However, to avoid any unexpected issues, especially if you’ve made significant customizations, we recommend running the update first in a staging environment. You can follow our migration guide here: Migrating from Kalium 3 to Kalium 4.

    As for your previous tickets, yes, they’re still accessible, so you’ll be able to refer back to those for any adjustments.
