I use WP Bakery. After updating to Kalium 4, everything seems to be messed up now. I don't know what exactly happened.
Do I have to edit all my posts to fix it? that means I have to edit Post, Page, to Portfolio. I don't know... it will be a lot of work if I do. Or is there a solution?

    Hi there,

Please share your website login credentials so I can test this. To safely include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how), or you can create a temporary login without a password (see how).

    Hi there,

The problem with the "post looks unresponsive" is coming from the image you've attached, from what I can see it has a custom width over 1200px which is causing the issue. I am trying to edit your page, but it is taking forever to just load the page, there is something wrong with your site or server as I am not able to even view a page due to the extremely slow loading.

I advise you take a look at that image, and remove the width it has somewhere in the settings.

Regarding the books overlapping, I will take a look at it as it seems to be a theme bug but we will need to investigate it further.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi,

For that image, I used the feature in WP Bakery in setting the image (small, thumbnail, medium, large, full). I just chose one of them. It shouldn't be out of the content area, right? For example, if I choose full, the image will fill the content area (WP Bakery row) completely. It's different if I set the image manually by size, for example 1300px x 700px. For that last one (the manual one) I didn't do it.

    Thanks!

In the meantime, I am waiting for the overlapping books (products) part of the problem.

    Hi there,

I tried to edit your site and fix the problem with the products, but as I said I can't do anything as it loads extremely slow. The problem is not related only to me, I have tested it in 3 other devices in my office and each of them experience the same issue, until this get's fixed I am unable to do anything related to it.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
