Brand Logo Height problem

When I enter the size of the Emrhaba site brand logo as 260 width, the social media icons on the right side scroll down and when I look at it, I see the logo height as 260, but it is not actually. I think this is a height problem. I would be glad if you are interested. Thanks.

    Hi Gokhan,

Thank you for reaching out and for purchasing Kalium 4.

It sounds like the issue might indeed be related to the logo’s height, especially if it appears different from what you expected. If your logo is in SVG format, make sure it’s set to be responsive.

You can try this approach to ensure the logo is correctly displayed:

    1. Upload your SVG logo to SVG Viewer.

    2. Download the logo from there and re-upload it to your site.

This process can help fix any sizing issues that might be causing the problem with the social media icons.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

I will look into this and let you know, but I have another problem. This logo does not appear in the Firefox browser. What should I do about this?

  • Gökhan replied

Hello, I added it to this site as you said. It looks normal on the site. I added it to this site and then downloaded it and installed it again, but it didn't work. Thanks.

Unfortunately I can't access it even with a VPN because of this, and I think it is coming from your server firewall:

    Hi Gokhan,

I have re-uploaded the two logos and now it seems to be working fine. As I assumed the problem was with the SVG images not being responsive.

Thank you. When I first looked at it, the problem seems to be solved.

However, when I open an incognito tab, the logo does not appear at all and the social media icons appear smaller. Maybe it is something different, I don't know, but is it a related problem?

    Hi Gokhan,

The problem is coming from the options in LiteSpeed plugin, under LiteSpeed Cache  > Page Optimization options such as:

    • CSS Minify
    • CSS Combine
    • Load CSS Asynchronously
    • Inline CSS Async Lib

Are only for advanced users and when you really know what you're doing and optimizing, these options no matter the theme will cause issues with it. For the moment I have disabled them.

Hello, after the ticket I opened last week, everything was fixed and I edited the footer. Actually, the footer was working fine before the 4.0 version. Anyway, I fixed the problem and it was working fine. But for some reason I don't understand, I noticed that the footer was not showing up when I logged in today. When I look at it like below, when I click edit, the footer is not loading. What do you think could be the reason?

Sorry. I fixed it. The reason for this is that I only allowed one static ip.

    Hi Gokhan,

The “block was affected by errors” issue, especially for widgets like nav_menu, often occurs due to outdated data structures in the block editor. When you regenerate widgets, it refreshes and fixes any underlying issues caused by old widget data not being compatible with newer versions of WordPress or your theme. This can also happen if the migration from classic widgets to block-based widgets was incomplete or corrupted.

I have already fixed it, can you please take a look.
