I have an issue I reported on PRIVATE TICKET #3665097. To this day, the issue wasn't resolved, and I need to continue the conversation about it. The 6 months support period was about to expire, so I extended support for another 6 months. Unfortunately, this extension don't seem to work, when I go on the ticket I get the following message :
"Sorry, the support license on this ticket has expired. The ticket owner will need to extend their support license and submit a new ticket."
Could you please let me know how to keep the conversation going on PRIVATE TICKET #3665097, so information don't get lost. Also please keep this ticket open until I can respond to it.
