I have tested the issue many times and it seems that it is not coming from the theme, when I switched to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty Four) the issue was still there. Then I tried turning off all the plugins but the issue did not go away, have you checked with your hosting as there are also two must-use plugins installed in your site.
I am concerned with what has been done in your diagnosis.
Why was it necessary to turn off protective plugins?
I am locked out of the site at this time and need to implement Wordfence controls to try to regain access. I wait for this to be competed.
Please do not do this in the future without specifically asking ahead.
I hope that I can regain access to the site immediately. Do you have suggestions as this is an issue that was caused by your actions?
Sincerely
Taras
EDIT Additional> You have caused my account to be locked from your multiple Wordfence deactivations. I need an explanation as this is very troubling now I cannot regain my admin access into the site!

I have renamed the Wordfence plugin folder via ftp. It has not corrected the 503 login error I get
AT THIS TIME NO ONE CAN LOG IN

This is serious! You have broken the site and taken it offline as an ecommerce site!
I am trying to restore a back up but it I cant this is the error I am getting
it is a fatal error in the theme

Howdy!
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Kalium.
First, visit your website (https://www.ciuspress.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.ciuspress.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information: WordPress version 6.4.3 Active theme: Kalium - Bookstore Theme (version 1.0) Current plugin: (version ) PHP version 7.4.33

I have found the error and it was Wordfence blocking access.
My directory structure at the server was changed when major changes were done and therefore it was my error disabling Wordfence, I did not disable the plugin as I thought I had while trying to circumvent the lock out.
The site is back working
I will ask the server about their mandatory plugins and try to turn off to further test the Attributes product display issue
I will respond when this is done.
please leave the ticket open for a few days until the product display is fixed
While trying to diagnose Wordfence, I turned off the theme through ftp by renaming the folder(s) (including the child folder)
I installed Kalium fresh via ftp but the issue was still in Wordfence.
After fixing Wordfence I had this issue (see image) so I renamed the last install folder and restored the original Kalium folder. But I still get the error prompt. I also updated plugin(s) WooCommerce, Updated version: 8.6.0
Is this something I can fix, or is an update going to be pushed out?
I am sorry for causing the issues with Wordfence, I was trying to troubleshoot and find where the issue of your site was coming from and accidentally selected all the plugins without checking for any security plugins.
Regarding the outdated templates, this is the template which is outdated and we will release a new theme update next week to fix some small bugs and also make it compatible with the latest plugins.
I haven't touched anything in the last login to your site, I just took the screenshot of your status page and that's all. The access to your site seems limited by Wordfence as it is not showing for me.
Yes, thanks for letting me know, I am still having huge issues with the Wordfence lock out. It reverts to the 503 lockout several time a day, regardless how I reset the plugin.
Unfortunately their support in M-F and yesterday was a holiday in the States so I hope they can diagnose today.
During my testing when Wordfence was off, I turned on the Kalium Maintenance Mode and though I turned it off a few hours later, it remained on even after purging cache. This was another problem.
Also while working through the site Wordfence issue, I reverted to the 2024 theme and purged the cache at Cloudflare where I was able to get pagination on the books pages, but I couldn't get authors pages listed as I assume the theme doesn't support that.
Any insight to why I had the maintenance issues?
Cheers, TD
[EDIT]
MOST IMPORTANT
The maintenance and coming soon pages cannot be turned off now.
I believe I have fixed the Wordfence issue but Kalium is acting up.
Right now you don't have admin access as I am still performing Wordfence test - but why is the maintenance page or coming soon page unable to be disabled, but I can switch between the two?
Also I have caching off from Cloudflare. Is there caching elsewhere on the server or WordPress that is causing this?

Thanks for he apology Art, but I am still experiencing multiple sitewide 503 lockdowns everyday sometimes more than once a day
Did you make any setting changes in any of the plugins?
I have put in many hours (over a day so far) to try to diagnose and the site goes down once or twice a day.
Thanks for any insight you have.
TD

Hello Art,
I have been able to restore the site and get Wordfence and Cloudflare working together again.
I have been able to turn off the maintenance pages and this site is live and running
I will wait a few days until next week before I look again back into the Author display issue .
I will reach out to you then. Please keep this ticket open.
Thanks, and have a great day.
Cheers
Taras
