The behavior of all member elements is normal and perfect but if you use the placeholder element as last element (which is the normal use as last for new / hiring staff members) and the last element is the "single" element (based on responsive behavior) in the row then the needed bottom margin is missing. I added two screenshots for documenting and it is a missing CSS error.
I changed this im my child CSS but mentioned this for further updates.
And as second notice: I couldn't understand the developer why he made only the subtitle as <a> element and not the full square like other normal team members are.
Thank you for reporting this, since we are working in the Elementor version for Kalium we will have to take care of specific elements of the theme which need to be built for Elementor and we will have to re-write the code in a better way for the Elementor version.
