Apparently you have to purchase the plugins for the homepage separately, like for sliderrevolution. This was completely unclear to me before I bought it, as the plugins are advertised as saving money.
Slider Revolution is a premium plugin which comes for free with Kalium and we have purchased extended license to be able to include this plugin and others on our theme for free. So you can use those plugins without any problem. Those plugins may offer some extra features that are activated only if you purchase a copy of those plugins. Then you also get the support for those plugins if you need support from the author.

So there is no need to purchase anything that was advertised as free, they will come for free with the theme.
