Now when you click on the images to read the text for example. Is very blurry / low res. I uploaded it with a good resolution but it keeps downgrading the images. Is this caused by the theme or am i doing something wrong?
I want to know how to fix this myself but if you need wp creds let me know.
It depends for which part of the site you are talking about, if you are talking about the product images when you open the lightbox then you can set the JPEG image quality to 100% and then regenerate the images, you can do that under Laborator > Theme Options > Performance:
By the way, the product images seem to be automatically scaled as you have huge image sizes which is not good, it is recommended you use a maximun image size of 1920px and there is more than enough width to have crystal clear images.
Is this because my images are too big or something?

I was already working on this but it takes some time and i have no clue how to make it lighter
Is this also the reason the woocommerce backend is SOOOO extremely slow?

I think you have problems with your server, I have tried to install the default WordPress theme and troubleshoot to see where the problem is coming from but it is not allowing to install anything. The installation of default WP themes failed and it is taking forever to load the media library, even though the images would be very large they would load.
When I checked the System Status, I can see that your server does not meet the minimum criteria of the theme to work properly, this will cause also lots of plugins not to work as they should.
Did i install the theme wrong? It gave me errors before but it worked fine. Is there any way i can just reinstall the theme and keep the current settings/pages?
You can do a clean install but that is not necessary as the theme seems to be installed properly and without any issue, as I suggested it would be better to contact the server company and ask to increase the limits. If you want to re-install the theme you can simply delete it and reset the WP installation. You can reset your WordPress installation by using this plugin WordPress Reset (By Matt Martz) and then activate the theme and try to install demo-content again.
Ive had a temporary upgraded server and it works fine now, only thing is that when i press my cart now it gives a error. It worked before, did you change anything that could have made this problem?
Nothing was touched in your site from our side, we have simply pointed out the status of the server and moreover I cannot even access the admin area at all now:
It is taking so forever to load, and then it doesn't load at all. Could you please resolve the issues with the server and get back to us so we can see what the problem may be even though these issues which are pointing out are not theme related and cannot be caused by themes.
its weird because i can visit the site? The site worked fine with woocommerce until you logged i i think. I have a backup before you logged in and did some things so i can reset it anyways but id rather not since i lose alot of progress then
So what are the results, have you been able to try it with Storefront and see if you are getting the same results? I see your site is running really slow which is not normal, have you tried another server just to check the difference between the two?
P.S. Yes, the reason why your site is not loading is because of the firewall as I was able to view it via VPN. Could you please let us know if you are still experiencing the issues/bugs you had before resetting the theme and if you need further help?

I dont have any issues anymore i guess. Im also now planning to use Mollie payments instead of Woocommerce payments. I dont know if its better but it at least doesnt crash my /cart page

These are the minimum requirements of Kalium:
While your server does not meet the :
max_input_vars which is 1000
post_max_size which is 32M
upload_max_filesize which is 32M
Please contact your hosting provider and ask from them to increase these limits.

Seems like the /cart page works when i disable
WooCommerce Payments
Is this known? Or is it just a bug im experiencing? Is this theme related or is it just the WooCommerce Payments plugin that doesnt work right?
Hi there,
Have you tried switching to the default WooCommerce theme Storefront to see if this happens?
Best regards,

I just resetted the site, since it gave a lot of weird errors and i got really annoyed.
So what are the results, have you been able to try it with Storefront and see if you are getting the same results? I see your site is running really slow which is not normal, have you tried another server just to check the difference between the two?

Then please make sure your server firewall has not blocked us, I am unable to view your site at all. For more please watch the video below:

Regarding the payment method it is completely up to you, so what works best you may continue using.
