    Dear Sirs,

    we purchaced your Kalium theme and upon installing it we recieve the error "The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet."

    We are using WP 5.9.7.

    UPDATED: we managed to install the theme, but when trying to activate it, we get "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /home/nozzle/superiorlanguage/wp-content/themes/kalium/includes/classes/core/kalium-theme-license.php on line 483"

    Hi David,

    1— That’s a common mistake that users make and is caused by not uploading the correct zip file.

    Please read this article: Error: “The theme is missing style.css stylesheet”.

    2— What PHP version are you using, please?

    Please share your website login credentials with me so I can test this. To safely include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how)

    Thanks for providing your WP credentials.

    I can see that your theme is already registered now:

    medium

    It seems that you already registered Kalium right?

    P.S: I recommend you to update the PHP version of your website from PHP 7.0 to PHP 7.4 for better speed, security, etc.
