    I have purchased Kalium with IvaPopsurreal account:

    But my Wordpress somehow connected to ivaaiart envato account and keep saying I have nothing purchased when I want to register. 

    I can not change the envato account information in Wordpress sense I cant complete the registration. 


    I literally am trying for hours and feel very upset;

    Could you please help asap, or cancel it and give me a refund.

    Hi ivaaiart,

    That is happening because on your browser you still are logged-in with “ivaaiart” username. Please go to those two sites themeforest.net and build.envato.com and login with the account that you have purchased Kalium “IvaPopsurreal” and try to register the theme, It will work.
