I only have the site working on localhost so can't give a URL. I am using Kalium and the law theme. I wanted a large cover image for the home page so I created a simple slider in revolution slider that is responsive.
I have a 300px wide logo and have set it to 'over the content (absolute)' in the theme options so that it displays correctly on the homepage (see screen grab).
On other pages it displays in the page content making it hard to see (see contact and services images).
Is there any CSS magic you can apply to make it display above the content in all pages except the home page?
Globally — By going to Theme Options > Header and Menu > Header Settings > Header Position and choosing for example Over the Content (Absolute) so this will change the header to Absolute for every theme page (more info).
For any specific page, you need to click Edit to your desired page and then go to Parameters and Options area > Header Options > Header Position (more info).
I have changed the template from the Law to the Medical demo on localhost. I still cannot alter the header to 'over the content (absolute)' despite changing it in the Kalium Theme options settings and the parameter and options area on the home page (images attached).
As before, I want the home page menu to be over the slider but on all other pages, the menu to be above the content. At the moment it is above the content no matter what I do. If I remove the background colour it defaults to white and still shows over the slider.
I don't know if this is just an issue for me on my localhost?
This seems to be a problem on your localhost only. Unfortunately is super hard to assist you remotely because this is happening on your localhost and I can't enter your computer to check that. Can you please try to activate Kalium somewhere online and check if the same problem happens again?
If you have the same problem, please share your website login credentials with me so I can test this. To safely include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how)
Thanks!
P.S. Don't worry if that is not the final domain because I can revoke it for you.

Hi Glenn,
You have two methods to set the header position.
Have a nice day!

Thank you. I am going to install the theme online next week so hopefully that little problem will be solved.
