Please check if you have used any plugin to do that because this is not a theme problem. You can test that with a default WordPress theme and you will see that the same will happen.
I suggest you check any third-party plugin if you have accidentally redirected that product page to go to the My Account page.
This proves that we don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved?
If not, then please contact your hosting provider so they can check this problem for you.
