    I believe I'm supposed to get some template demos, with placeholder artwork?  I don't see how to get a demo without paying more money.  Attached is where I end up, after installing the Envato plugin

    Hi there,

    There is no need to pay extra money for anything that is promoted within the theme, neither the starter sites or premium plugins.

    The attached image is a screenshot from the dock of your Mac, can you please provide a screenshot which explains where you are stuck.
