    We had to change our domain from co-labcoffee.com to coffeelab.com.au due to a legal request. It is the same website just with a different domain name.
    Is it possible to re-register the domain name with the new URL coffeelab.com.au or do we have to buy a new license?
    It was purchased a couple of years ago :-)

    Hi there,

    I revoked your old license, so now you can activate the license in the final domain.

    P.S: If you navigate to Laborator > License page and you still see the old license domain, just press the Remove Registration button (screenshot), then you activate again.

    Hi, I have de-registered the theme in the developement domain, to register it in production, but it says that it's still registered in the old domain, that it's not.

    Hi Giuseppe,

    I have reset the license for this username gezza25 (which you have submitted the ticket from), if you're trying to register it from this username then you should not have any issues with it but if you're trying to register it from another username then you should provide us that username.

    No, I submitted the ticket from here because I can't submit a new post since my support has expired, but since this issue it's not my fault, having done all that is necessary to deregister, it's your system issue, and I think it's not fair me being forced to buy another license or a new support period. My email is [email protected]

    Your license has been reset, please make sure you have reset the license and trying to register the theme properly. Below you have a screenshot with your account information, and as you can see there is no license registered:

    Please include screenshots or video recording from the registration process so we can see it, our API is up and running so the issue is not coming from our servers and that's why we need to see the issue from your videos or recording.

    No, that is NOT my license. My Envato item id is 10860525, the theme is Kalium and the domain I de-registered from is "baiadelcapitano.anteprimasviluppo.it"; the domai nI want to register the theme for is "baiadelcapitano.it".The issue is that in https://api.laborator.co/ it results still assigned to the old domain, even if in the wordpress Laborator dashboard results NOT registered anymore. 
    So I guess it's an issue in your system, anf I wish you to reset that license

    I can't write here the purchase code because this is a public post, so everyone in the world could use it. So pleas give me an email addres where I can send it to you privately.

    Hi there,

    I see you have posted in a public ticket including your login credentials which is a big threat to the security of your site. I have reset your license but please keep in mind that we only reset licenses that are no older than 6 months since the day of purchase or for users who have active support subscription.
