    When trying to make a purchase if the customer adds an item to the shopping cart and then tries to check out, the check out right section of the screen will remain inactive, the image blurred and a circle that blinks like it's processing something.  But it does not work.  All the purchasing process until that point works fine, but customers can't pay, none of the options work.

    Hi aporatelli,

    We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

    Then if you still have the same problem, please provide your WordPress credentials because I need to login to your site and test this. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

    To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how)

    Hello!  My website is not working now.  I can't even open it.  Can you see what is happening?  It's been working well for years and now something strange has happened.
