    How do I get the title (Empress) so it is centred over the top of the image and is in a larger font size? Thanks.

    Try adding this CSS to Custom CSS:

    .single-portfolio-holder .title h1, .single-portfolio-holder.portfolio-type-5 .portfolio-description-container .portfolio-description-showinfo h3 {
    text-align: center;
}
