From what I can see in the link you posted, to set up your site with Klaviyo you will have to install their plugin and set it up in WooCommerce. For more please check their documentation about this integration:
The screenshot explains where to add a specific code, it is the area before the </body> so for that we have an area where you can add JavaScript codes:

In case it's useful to know, I'm in the process of developing a new website using mainly the Revolution Slider here.
So when it's finished the website will be mainly single scroll (unless we fire up the blog again)
I'm not sure how to choose where on the site (or when) to get the form to pop up.

P.S. This is out of the support scope as it does not have to do with the theme and it is about a 3rd party plugin.
