If you don't see the Parameters and Options area then it means that you haven't installed the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin. To install it, just go to Laborator > Plugins area.
Also, if the logo that you have added in the Theme Options > Branding area doesn't change in any page, or a menu color is different on any page, it means that it is changed in the Parameters and Options area just for that specific page. I use the Fashion demo and the logo didn't appear. Also the color of the menu not changing.
