i disabled the theme and went to a free theme and the dropdown worked for non logged in users. reuploaded the theme and replaced the one im using and same issue. Non logged in users will not be able to have the header menu drop down.
created an account and the dropdown then works once im logged in. The animations also were not working for non logged in users.
This is very strange. We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
