The only are that I can interfere is to move tabs in the right area (see video).
To do that please add the code below to your Custom CSS area:
body.single-product .woocommerce-tabs .tabs li {
float: right;
}
Other options that you are asking can be done onlty if you modify theme files to achieve that layout that you want.
