You have some other problems. As you can see they are not related to the theme because you also can't do a default WordPress task, such as deleting a plugin for example (see video). Also, you can't re-update WordPress too (see video).
Please send those videos to your hosting provider so they can check if this is a permissions issue or other problem that only they can fix for you.

We don't think that this can happen because of that plugin.
This can be a hosting issue, but please share your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this issue live.
