Through theme options you cannot change or update the auto-generated pages such as tags, categories or archives. So the only way to modify them is by changing the theme files (coding), are you asking for the right place where to edit the theme files?

I'm looking to update the template used for the auto-created portfolio tag archive pages (such as https://weekendindaylesford.com/portfolio_tag/daylesford/).
Would you be able to provide me with some pointers as to where I could be doing that?
