    Hello,

I have an issue with updating content since yesterday.

At the backend, I can see my updates but on the website, it doesn't appear.

I tried with clearing caches (host, browsers), cookies, different browser, using another computer, but I don't see my update.

Can you help me on that?

    Hi,

Strange, usually this is the cache related thing. But I will double-check it for you.

Please share your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this live.

To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Thanks!

    Hi again,

    Thanks for your fast reply.

I don't see a problem like you are describing (see video).

Can you please record a video of your problem so I can try to replicate the same?

    Thanks!

Please find 2 screenshots as example in the attachment.

Look at the text on the backend and look at the site.

    Thanks

    Hi lowcostwebagency,

I found out why the problem is happening. It seems that you have used Elementor plugin one to publish this page and then things messed up because you can't use Elementor and WPBakery Page Builder in one page. You must use one of them.

You can see that when I deactivate Elementor this problem is resolved.

    See video: https://d.pr/v/3u7cDI

I was using wp-bakery to put contents and it was working fine because as you can see it show codes with elementor.

From your video, after deactivating elementor, there's issues on the page.

    Hi again,

After the video, I just reverted the changes as they were 3 days ago by using the Revision feature that WordPress offers.

    Thanks!

Thank you for your help, it seems that the issue is not solved yet.

When i deactivate elementor, the homepage is broken as there's changes that doesn't appear again.

For example, the green color, the menu,...

Can you please give me solution for this issues?

    Thank you

    Hi lowcostwebagency,

You can use the revisions to revert your page as it was in the previous updates of the page (see example).
