Your PHP version and server limits are fine and the only problem that comes to my mind right now is that it looks that the "SiteGround Optimizer" or/and "SiteGround Security" is creating this problem.
Please disable those two plugins and then reset your WordPress installation. You can do a full WordPress reset by using this plugin WordPress Reset (By WebFactory Ltd) and then activate the theme and install Medical demo.
* Please know that this will reset your entire WordPress installation and the work that you have done until now will be lost.
If you still have the same problem then we need to check this problem deeper.

Please go to your System Status page and see if any of your PHP limits are lower than WordPress and modern themes require.
