If you increase that limit and you still have problems, then you can share your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this live.
To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
I have been told by BlueHost that it is the Local Values that are in place not the master. So if you look at them they are well above the limits needed.
I have already done this and my hosting provider has said it has been completed, and the error is with the theme!? As they have amended the local values.
When server changes change those PHP limits they will reflect automatically on your System Status page. Please write again your hosting provider so they can increase those two limits and especially max_execution_time to 120.
I can see that the limits have changed now and you have installed the Construction demo. Is there any other question that we can help you please?
Thanks!

Hi, I am having issues with importing the demo as it says the PHP time limit and PHP max input vars is too low?? But as you can see here : http://box5812.temp.domains/~lasermec/info.php?fbclid=IwAR1iToCFsZa5kWJDBH9oouB0b1sHVPCcp4-y_C_Y1beNzl_DC6MRXjsHl3M they are set to above this. Can you please assist as my Hosting provider says it is to do with the theme.
Thanks
Vickie
Hi Vickie,
I can see that your max_execution_time is 60 and it is recommended to be 120 as you can read in this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements.

Hi Vickie,
I'm sorry but your provided WP credentials are not working for me (see video). Can you please re-check them and send me the correct ones?
Also, can you tell me what demo you wanted to install?
Thanks!
Hi Vickie,
P.S: I can see on your System Status page that two PHP limits are lower than WordPress and modern themes require.
See screenshot:

For more info please carefully read this article WordPress and Kalium Server Requirements, and on this page you can find a sample email that you can send to your hosting provider too.(view large image)
Thanks!

Hi Vickie,

Thanks for your understanding.
Hi,
I have amended the PHP - please see screenshot. But it is still showing as the incorrect figures on the Laborator system status page??
Thanks
